1. Nature of Warranty

  • AU Power provides a Service Warranty, which specifically covers the work performed during the regeneration process.
  • We do not provide a lifespan or "new-life" warranty.
  • We guarantee the professional execution of our regeneration process and the accuracy of our initial diagnostic findings.
  • The ultimate outcome and longevity of the service are determined by the battery’s internal chemical condition.

2. What is Covered

  • The specific labor and technical processes applied during regeneration.
  • The accuracy of the feasibility report provided during the diagnostic phase.
  • Restoration work as per the approved service scope.

3. What is NOT Covered

  • Future Life Expectancy: We do not guarantee a fixed number of months or years the battery will last post-service.
  • External Equipment: Issues arising from the customer’s charging setup, faulty inverters, or power environments.
  • Operational Misuse: Damage caused by repeated deep discharge or general misuse.
  • Pre-existing Damage: Internal physical damage (such as plate degradation) that was present but only became evident after the service.
  • Advised Risks: Any service performed against the explicit technical advice of AU Power.

4. Warranty Voiding Conditions

  • The customer mixes old and new batteries within the same battery bank.
  • The customer fails to provide a true usage or repair history of the unit.
  • Post-service instructions regarding maintenance and charging are not followed.
  • There are signs of tampering or the use of chemical shortcuts after delivery.

5. Claim Process

  • Warranty claims are subject to a technical review of the battery's usage logs and charging environment.
  • If a battery is found to have failed due to internal chemistry or plate integrity rather than a process error, the warranty does not apply.
